Return Refund Policy

At Goodgenius, we want you to feel great about what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1) Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable), including any accessories and inserts
  • Includes proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2) Non-Returnable Items

Not eligible for return/refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
  • Gift cards
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Underwear/intimates, swimwear, or items with hygienic liners removed (where applicable)

3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged/defective or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • order number
  • short description
  • clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (including shipping label)

Include your order number and the reason for return. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

5) Return Shipping

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item)
  • Use a trackable shipping service
  • We’re not responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit

6) Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Allow 5–10 business days to appear (varies by provider)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

8) Order Cancellations

If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel. If it has shipped, follow the return process.

9) Return Address

All returns must be authorized first. We will provide return instructions after you contact us.
